I use a 7290. Sometimes when ending a call, the device opens an email from the inbox even if the cursor is not 'parked' over the email icon when the call ends. Also, email occasionally opens when removing from holster. What am I doing wrong, or what do I have set wrong?

You just need to wait like 10-15sec. after being alerted of incoming message before removing the BB from the holster.... message will not open automatically.
