The site will not allow new users because the registration page is broken. It requires a validation of a photo or Icon to be checked. Apparently that step does not exist. Attempts to find the new owner of this site has be useless and until the owner is found and corrects the site it will continue. there are thousands of guests online each day who could be adding to the posts. Surely there would be plenty of advertising sponsors If the owners would be available. SAD.
