Hi Guys,

am new to this forum and must say i enjoy reading the comments and posts sent by you all.

they have really helped me alot.
i need to ask if any one knows how to record KPI's for the blackberry service or if there is any application that can assist with this. i need to start generating a report for the update list of BB users in our workplace, outages, busy hour stuff like that.

Can any one assist??

BlackBerry Monitoring Service which is bundled with BES 5.
It's not at all as robust as Boxtone, but it might be sufficient for your needs.

Hey Rumobile.

thanks, i havent found what i was looking for, but now i use AdventNet-OpManager, it works well. atleast logs the availability, disk space, memory usage, for BES server and availability and packet losses for the BIS administration site.
