problems with software upgrade on CURVE 8520

i upgraded the software on my phone and everything worked out.
the only problem i found is that the graphics on the screen are from a very low quality than with the software before. does anyone know how to upgrade the quality in graphics and images? is there any option or do i have to upgrade it with some sort of graphics driver?
