I've searched this forum and Dataviz support page and can't find an answer to this. Maybe someone here has encountered it.

I updated to the new Orange UK 4.5.75 OS for 8320 (on tmobile here). DTG comes with it. I downloaded and installed the premium edition per the instructions with standard that comes with the OS. While our BES provider is not on 4.1, my BIS is 2.5 so I can download docs, view HTML email, etc., sent to the non-BES related accounts. To be certain it worked I removed everything from my media card and reformatted it as well. Of course, I have done multiple battery pulls.

I sent a doc from my home email account using a Word 2003 doc and it downloaded and opened fine. However when I send documents from my office (Word 2000) to the BIS account it downloads but when I try to open it I get an "internal error (6)" notice and the doc fails to open. I have searched the Dataviz knowledge base and this forum and find no reference to this error. My understanding is that DTG supports Word 2000 and I have tried a variety of ways to send/open using both media card and device with no success. I even mailed the doc to my house, went home, saved it to my hard drive there then resent it...same problem. I can't tell if it really doesn't support Word 2000 documents or there is another issue.

I also can't find a way to change the default location for the files to either media card or device. It just seems to automatically select media card.

Anyone come across either of these?
