Default Verizon warranty question

Please Login to Remove!

My space button doesn't work. My screen is also cracked. Is this likely to be covered under warranty? The closest vzw store with a technician is an hour away so I just wonna see if it's worth the drive

If you pay for the insurance it should be covered. If there appears to be physical damage to the device, it most likely will not be covered under the manufacturer's warranty.

Just call Customer Service, my Sister pretty much destroyed her chocolate phone, I called them and sent a replacement had it in a few days. Only had to worry about the deductible.

Only certain VZW stores allow you to swap out a defective for a new one the stop so I would check with your VZW before going.

Forgot about that detail, any replacement phones they send you will get overnighted to you.
