hey, im on the rogers network with a 8100, and at work the company tech person upgraded all of us to the new bbm without thinking of the problems it comes with on the pearl... does anyone know what i can do to fix this?! i rely on it quite heavily!

the only problems that i've hear of and encountered are in 8000 series devices.
the new BBM doesn't seem to be fully compatible and crashes/freezes, won't access your messages (bbm only), and now won't get messages (i've tried many time with friends across telus, bell and the red devil known as rogers....
