I haven't been able to receive ringtones since I got this phone early this year. I can link with other phones via bluetooth and can even send others ringtones, but when they try and send me a ringtone, it says something like unsupported or something like that. I Can't remember the exact wording.

Can someone help me with this? Has anyone else had this problem? I can establish a link with others via bluetooth by entering the same passcode on both phones, but then I get the unsupported message.

I'm on BIS. I have a 8700g with T-Mobile. I have OS is version 4.2.1.107

I had that problem trying to receieve. But if I go into ringtones menu and manually select "receive using bluetooth" or whatever - then it works.
