I downloaded the BB NPR app today and when I went to open it after installing it gave me the "Protocol specified is not handled by the protocol" error. Why is this? Does it only work on certain models?

Do you mean "The protocol specoified is not supported by the HANDHELD." The rest of the message reads "Please try a different URL", so I am guessing that there is something wrong with the way that the shortcut is written that does not allow it to access the NPR site. At best, you could try contacting Crisp Wireless, the creators of the shortcut, otherwise you could just continue accessing NPR through a bookmark.

On another note, thanks for giving me a reason to look at the NPR website, it is COMPLETELY improved since the last time I looked at it, I'm very impressed.
