I am under contract for unlimited text, but for the last couple of days i have been unable to send any texts. Once I finish typing out my message and i hit the 'send' button, the message goes straight to 'pending'. All my attempted messages have been pending for the last couple of days and have not even been sent in areas with reception. Lack of reception is not the issue here. I am able to recieve texts, however.

Does anyone have any solutions to my problem? Should I just go straight to the store and try to ask for help?

Sounds like a possible glitch on the Carrier's end. I would call them or go by there. They can make the necessary adjustments via telephone.

Yeah, that sounds like the best option for me as of now. I think its just an issue with the carrier, because my Top Five has been updating for the last day. My old samsung phone (which was free, but more more effective than my blackberry) could update in about 3 minutes.

Having same problem with my sms - but as it showed up only after upgrading os on my Tour and since I can batterypull and then sms's start going out again I think it is an OS problerm and not a carrier problem
