Are you the owner of this site? Is the site actually hosting the downloads? If so, do you have legal rights to redistribute software belonging to RIM, Google and other developers?

Also you are collecting names and email addresses, but I don't see a privacy policy on the site. Users have a right to know how their information will be used.

I would discourage anyone from using this site at this time. All the apps can be downloaded from the developer sites or sites with legal rights to distribute the software.

Daphnexxx8230;I am not the owner but it does seem they are just providing links directly to the apps from the creatorsxxx8230;their lack of a privacy policy I did not notice until you pointed it out but I have given them no real information so Ixxx8217;m not particularly worriedxxx8230;I did however reply to an app and tell them they should add it.

The site is pretty cool because its easy and send the direct download link and its all in one placexxx8230;thatxxx8217;s why I liked it.
