When I make a call on my BB I can't hardly hear the person on the other side. Anyone has a fix on this issue?? I have a BB 9000 on OS 4.6 Thank You

Let's try the simple solution: Have you tried turning up the volume using the rocker switch on the right side of the BB?

Thank you for your response yes I did the little bar indicates as louder but still the same thank you
