Default Spain with unlocked AT&T 9700 bold

I'm traveling to Spain with my unlocked AT&T 9700 Bold. I would really like to get data over the phone, and don't care to receive voice from back home, though it would be nice to make local calls while in Spain.

Unfortunately, I don't think there is anyway to prevent phone calls from coming through if I keep the AT&T SIM in the phone? And, for data I would likely need to add an International Roaming Data package to my phone.

The other option would be to get a SIM in Spain, though I've been told that PAYG will not work for data. I found a website that advertises pre-paid vodafone SIMs for Spain:
Spain SIM cards - spainSIM.com

Does this look like it would work, i.e. would I be able to data (web browsing, emails) and make local phone calls? I've read somewhere else that I would need to ask AT&T to "de-register" my PIN in order to get the data plan to work with a new SIM?

I'd like to minimize my cost, the vodafone SIM may end up costing just as much as roaming with my AT&T SIM...tips?

I'll respond to my own posting... turns out the company above *can* help me. But, with a different setup. I guess it turns out that the carriers in Spain block BB data *unless* you have a contract with them. The same does not apply to data for an iPhone... interesting.

The company above will however rent a SIM with a BB plan with *unlimited* data + preloaded call credit. However, it appears the price would be around $200 US, which for the 2 weeks I am there is about what I would be paying to add the AT&T international roaming data plan + my normal plan charges...
