Ok here is a rant I have with att. When I got my new Bold and BlackBerry data plan with att their selling point is that att has the fastest 3G network on the marketxxx8230; well I only get EDGE in my area but pay the same amount as everyone else, I complain is that it would be nice if they would knock a few bucks off my bill since I do pay for it but att doesn't have 3G in my area. Is this reaonable? Is it a good complaint to reach them by email or go to my att store here and complain or is it a lost cause?
