Default Space on my BB and stuff on card??

Please Login to Remove!

So I have gone through all of the tricks to clean my BB that I read on here and was advised of and removed unwanted items and soforth. According to the BB manager software, my installed applications equal to just under 8mb's. I have maybe 2 pics on my BB. Anyhow, when I go to status, it looks like my BB Curve 8310 initially has 54mb's of memory. Does that sound right? So if that is the case and taking into account that the BB OS takes some space, it would seem as though I should have more room/space left, right? My address book has maybe 120 contacts with in depth info and calendar and tasks of a very few things. I was under the impression that the BB's could hndle a ton of that info anyhow. With all that said, where is my memory at? Right now I am sitting at about 3.5mb's left.

Secondly, I had been advised by others including the folsk at my local ATT store that it is or should be possible to install some applicaitons and whatnot onto the 2gb memory card I have installed in my BB. My searches through the internet and all have not turned up what I expected. Is this possible and if so, how? Anyone got any references on how to better utilize that 2gb's I got?

Wirelessly posted (8120 4.5.037)

8MB of applications is a lot for a Java device. I have about 10 applications installed taking up about 1.9MB. I recommend keeping about 13MB free to prevent issues.

Also if you have a media card move you 2 pictura that can save up to 1MB right there.
