Z30 is very low too. I barely hear someone on the other side.

Check settings and make sure all sounds are set to high. Also make sure you volume settings are up full.
If it does not help try an ear phone and see if its the speaker. If the ear phone is ok the speaker may be defective. If its new return the phone
