I have a question for a charger. Is the charger of the BB 9860 compatible with the BB 9900?

If no, where could I get I get the USB adapters for The BB 9900 I would need the US Version for it.

First, you are using an approved BlackBerry charger, correct?

Also, I assume the charger is compatible with 100-240V, 50-60Hz input.

That said, the charger will be compatible with your BlackBerry smartphone. If you happen to not have the correct size USB, you can use an USB adapter going from the size of the male plug on the charger to the female receptacle on the BlackBerry.

I believe you have a microUSB plug on the 9860, so you should be good to go.
