Default setting up email from another phone

Please Login to Remove!

i had a bold 9700, it was having some issues and i had to go back to my 9000 yesterday until i can get me another one. I did a swap, and everything looked good, but there is one issue. I cannot setup any emails at all on it
This is the steps that i follow setup wizard>email setup> i want to create or add an email
it completely gets stuck on the after you click next, the blackberry internet service setup application opens...

But never happens.

when I try to do on computer, it will not let me sign in to it.

Any ideas?

Do you have a BB dataplan activated? What do you mean "try on the computer and it will not let me"?

If so, log into the AT&T BIS site (att.blackberry.com) and change the IMEI and PIN to that of the 9000.

You could also try calling AT&T and see if they can set it up.

Thanks for the answer

I actually solved the problem by going to mobile.blackberry.com, and setup that way instead.

Thanks anyway
