I recently received a blackberry HS-300 Bluetooth headset as a gift. I open up the box, and to my surprise, NO earhook! Whom do I call at Blackberry or how do I go about getting this resolved?
It is quite frustrating as I've now wasted an hour of my time (worth about the cost of the stupid headset) researching blackberry's asinine website, trying to find out how to call someone to inquire.
Any suggestions?
