I'm a helpdesk oppo and support over 50 BlackBerries in a large government dept in the UK. This site has always been very useful for fiddly bits of advice like turning off autotext and how to move Contacts etc.
I don't have a BlackBerry myself but I can see how they become very addictive and that people come to depend on them. Some of my VIP callers even take them on holiday to keep up with office activities.
I will be sharing this account with my fellow helpdeskers, so expect a few questions from users of the Pearl, the 8700 and the Curve
