I accidentally threw some dive weights on top of my BB and cracked the screen. Cingular wanted $220 (!!) to replace it. Found a replacement front housing on eBay for $14 and was able to get it installed in less than half an hour with your instructions. Thanks so much!

I love you man, your instruction saves my Blackberry !!!!! I bought an 8700c from eBay (returning from 8100, now use 8700 again - long story) for pretty cheap but it has scratches all over the place and dust underneath the screen, so I bought 8700r housing, put it on, now I have a new 8700c with 8700r look!!! (the black looks so much better !
