I was wondering if there are any solid BB programs for receiving sports scores?

I realize that I can access this information through the browser, but it can be an ultra tedious process. alternatively, anyone know of a service that does scores through email? this would be as good as I program I guess.

Pretty much all of the major sports sites offer e-mail alerts, though chiefly on a per-team basis; I don't know if there are any that will offer scores for all of the games in a given sport on a given day.

Berry 411 has a plugin for NFL scores, and the native browser allows you to set up bookmarks that will take you straight to a mobile-friendly scoreboard. I think there is a pay service or two that will push news, sports scores, etc., to a BB app, but I'm not aware of any RSS score feeds that update on a frequent basis.

What sports are you interested in, and how often would you need the scores updated?

I found a espn site optimizes for pdas.

From there you can choose the sport you want the score for.
