HELP!! Well I just bought a USB Bluetooth dongle and I can connect my blackberry to the computer through the third party software but I want to connect the Blackberry device to the Blackberry Desktop software so I can sync through Bluetooth. Now I have already went online and searched the issue but I have only found that Windows Service Pack 2 comes with a driver to do that but when I uninstall the third party software it does not pop up in control panel with the Bluetooth configuration when I reconnect the Bluetooth USB dongle.
I have a Blackberry 7290

In order to sync you will also need to be on BES with BT policies enabled. Not sure why you arent' seeing the drivers though. Did you remove the device too so it looks for drivers or ask it to look for drivers.
