If I have Outlook Web Access (connected to exchange) opened on my computer and someone else has my account opened on their computer and we both add and change appointments in the calander sometimes it does not correctly sync with the blackberry. Does anyone know why this is so?

I couldn't find anywhere on google or other forums where they talked about this problem.
