has anyone out there been able to get these two items to work together ?

i am suppose to go into the security area of the BB7520 and enable Keystroke Injection on the BB, but it is locked at disable..

i am not on BES,. just email from the blackberry site.

i have emailed tech support for the keyboard, but they are no help.

any ideas ?
