During a phone call i'm on my bluetooth and when i try to use the handset i can't hear a thing? is something wrong with the device or did i press something wrong?...i tried using the little wire earpiece thing and that work..but i still dont hear a sound with the handset..can anybody help?

I am sorry but I do not understand what your issue is at the moment. Please try to clarify in simpler terms. If you cannot seem to work your BT headset correctly, try visiting your Carriers local store and they should be able to instruct you on proper use.
