I'm running VMWare on my mac and have tried using the Windows DM but sometimes it work and sometimes it freezes my whole machine.

I'd actually just like to find a program that will let me load themes, games, apps, etc on my BB through my mac. I don't need to use Windows.

Should I just BB's PocketMac, missing sync or something else?

MissingSync doesn't let you install so I think you're stuck with PocketMac

I don't use VMWare, I do use Parallels with Desktop Manager to load app, sync etc. and it works flawlessly.

I actually went with MissingSync cause I decided I could sync my calendar and contacts, then have .mac sync between all my macs and, finally sync them to my iphone. Lots of trouble but seems to be working good.

I did notice you can't load apps...kinda sucks. Plus, you can't have the handheld overwrite the ical and address book. Just the other way around.
