Default British Airways Application

Please Login to Remove!

Hi,

I have just added this to a BES for wireless deployment but can only get it to work on 4.5 OS handhelds. The application appears to deploy successfully but locks up when trying to use on OS5 or 6.

I had to make several alterations to the ACP and the client is using the latest CESG IT policy so is there anyway that i can see where the issue may be? I have also tried the app while in the Basic Password Security policy with no success.

I have looked through the handheld logs using ALT LGLG but its not telling me a lot in there. Only errors keep pointing to Wbetrends?

Assuming you are using the version designed for corporate BES have you contacted British Airways for support?
