The best option that I have seen and used is the Curve holster from AT&T. It fits my Sprint Curve perfectly and does exactly what I want it to do.

hmmm i like the leather case they give with it, pretty good quality. Im seriously considering sewing on a belt loop though. and maybe a flap of some sorts. I'll post a pic if i ever get around to it.
