I have a 7250 with the unlimited EarthLink service. The coverage is quite good. They are using Verizon's system for their service so the coverage is the same as Verizon's - at least in my experiance. It comes with a html browser and it is much faster than I was expecting. Their customer service has also been much better than I've had from Verizon with my cell phone. Although I DO NOT know this as a fact, my sense is that the EarthLink 7250 comes with more features enabled than with Verizon who -at least with their cell phones - charges for every feature they can with their insidious "Get It Now" program.

thanks for the info. i am thinking of switching from nextel to earthlink. i really like nextels DC feature but dont really want a 90 dollar bill for voice plus blackberry. i might give earthlink a try for the 30 days and see if i like it. if not i will cancel and stay with nextel and just upgrade to the blackberry there. thanks again for the info.

the Verizon 7250 comes with every feature that blackberries have from every other provider. They do not even support "get it now"

The site is VERY misleading.

Its 39.95 for the unlimited BB data plan, and another 39.95 for the 500 minute plan.

I know the price chart they have makes it look like the unlimited data is included with the voice package, but it is not.

http://www.earthlink.net/wireless/bberry/7250/pricing/

look at subnote 2 under the chart.

Yes, EarthLink should be MUCH clearer on the pricing but at $79.90 for unlimited data and 500 voice minutes they are still less expensive than the comparable plan with Verizon which is 89.98 for unlimited data and 450 minutes. The cost of Verizon's plans do vary by market so your cost may be different.
