Desktop Redirector Temp Files In Outlook Junk Mail?

The Desktop Redirector is creating temp files in the Outlook 2003 Junk Mail folder. They aren't getting automatically deleted and have to be manually deleted. Any ideas?

Hardware: Blackberry 7290
Running Blackberry Desktop Software 4.0.0.33 on Windows XP.

Add the sender to the safe list. Those temp files get picked up from the Desktop Redirector and then forewarded to you handheld. But the DTR only looks for them in your inbox. There are probably some message not getting to your BB casue of you Junk Mail filter.

I tried adding the user to the safe senders list but that doesn't work. For the temp files the user always changes.

Any other ideas?
