I use Clarity at size 7 set as plain, I find it the easiest on my eyes anyway.

Are you having trouble determining which one you prefer to use?
I use BBMillibank 7, plain, no antialiasing. For me, it's the best compromise between readability and fitting more text on the screen at once. Obviously, everyone's eyes and preferences are different though...

Try a Google search or Wikipedia search. It basically smooths fonts to reduce the jagged/stair-stepped edges. I've never found enough of a benefit with it on.

Yeah I am having trouble determining which one I prefer. I like the big fonts because it is better and easier for my eyes. I like the small fonts because it looks better and you can fit more on the screen, though it is not as good for my eyes. I do not wear glasses or contacts...btw...yet that is.

After reading this thread, I have changed my font from Clarity to MillbankTall and with anti-alias, looks smoother. Now I'm excited, because of all the space I just gained
I might try the size 7 later for even more room, my eyes are still adjusting to the change.
