Please Login to Remove!

Guys can you check this

My phone is not charging

Can you see the black part in the charging port which is the connector

if you look at it is it to be in the centre and in there is more space at the bottom and less space on the top and is slightly slanted

Is it the same in your.

If you view it at eye level is the black part in the usb port slanting a little?
Warranty is not so easy where I am

Thanks

Mine is as you described.

There is a little more space below it then above. The face of the black thing, looking at it straight on, I can see a little bit of a slant. Mine charges fine too.

though i cant see a slant myself, but it is not directly center with equal space between, the bottom has more space than the top and yes mine charges fine.

perhaps a faulty charger? does it charge when connected to usb via PC?

Thank you so there is a little slant can some of you guys check this as well.

I am not really talking about the face but the black thing its self is a bit on the slant?
meaning from front to back it looks like there is slant?

Please let me know thanks

What is the point in checking "the slant" of a charging port? People have answered your question... some have a slanted port, some do not. If your device isn't charging, get it repaired or replaced, or maybe try and determine if the charger is at fault. You are obsessing over this slanted thing that you keep trying to describe, and I can't help but believe that you are wasting your time.

As already asked, does your device charge when connected to your computer via USB?

then its not the charger or cable, its the device itself, it is clearly faulty.
