Default T-Mobile UMA down in San Diego?

Please Login to Remove!

Is anyone having UMA issues in So Cal? I have been down for about 24 hours. Tried different hot spots/WiFi locations and even tried putting my SIM back in my recently retired 8320, no luck. Email and web browsing is good, just not connecting to UMA.

I called T-Mobile earlier and they say there is some small outages in LA which I guess is where the UMA server is.

Thumbs up UMA back up!

Shortly after my first post I decided to email Tech Support about the UMA issue and officially report the problem.

I just got home a few hours ago and again, reset my router, battery pull on the 8900 and no UMA. No prob, ill call tomorrow at work and see what's up.

So now I am browsing through the aftermarket software and found that BB Weather has a new version and decide to download it. After I download any software I always reset the phone. You guessed it, after the reset, UMA is now back.

I'm guessing Tech Support fixed this. Wonder if they will ever email me back.
