One of my users was unable to send message on his BB device this morning. I looked at the red X message, and I saw this error message: desktop email program unable to submit message. What does this mean? Thanks

Umm, strange. the permissioning has no problem. It was just a one time thing that occurred this morning. User has not been experiencing problems since. I guess it's just a hiccup?
