Default Add shortcuts to Pearl...

Is there a way on the 8130 to add shortcuts to the Pearl from a desktop PC shortcut list?

Wondering if I can use shortcuts in my Favorites folder on my PC to quickly set them up on the Pearl...

Do you mean bookmarks or favorite websites in your browser?

I have seen that asked in the forums here, I just don't recall the answer. I have not seen a way to sync or move those from your PC to your BB.

Yeah...I meant bookmarks/favorites.

Sounds like you're saying that if I run Opera on my PC, and bring my IE bookmarks into it, then Opera Mini on the Pearl can access those same bookmarks. Is that correct? I assume then that Opera is storing my bookmarks online somewhere...not quite the option I want in terms of potential privacy issues. Don't like having my personal data (even relatively innocuous stuff like that) out and about.

Yes, Opera Link does store your favorites, your "speed dial" links, online.

I can only imagine the horror of someone finding out you visit youtube and ebay daily!

I'm just kidding, I understand your fears, but everything will be digital soon my friend. Just be ready!

It's not Youtube I'm concerned about, it's all the "Gilligan's Island" shortcuts that could be a little embarrassing!

Mary Ann is just so cute!

I did think of another way...I have a personal web site. I'll create a page there w/all of my favorites that I want easy access to, and then link to that page in the blackberry, and either add them as shortcuts on the blackberry, or just use my page as a quick jumping-off point.
