Default RIM network problem?!

Please Login to Remove!

Is anyone aware of current problems with RIM APN? basically none of our devices get any messages through our 2 BES servers. We've got devices on orange and on VF (UK).

Cheers,

NC.

Default Same Problem?

We seem to be experiencing the same issue - we have 300+ devices on Orange and the last email out of the BES server was @ 13:33 today.

That is really strange. I've never heard of such a major failure. and the fact that it affects more than 1 network, makes it even stranger!

Just spoken to the Orange Blackberry team and there is apprenelt on the RIM network affecting the whole of europe.

He did say that they can see SRP's now starting to reconnect so hopefully it'll come back soon - if it doesn't you may need to restart you BES services.
