BIS switching question

Have an employer provided BIS (ATT) data plan. Will be leaving this employer in the near future. Will setup a new ATT account in my name.
Questions: my existing BIS login; will it work with my new account that I set up? Or will I have to create a new BIS account to go along with my new phone #--data plan account that I set up?
One last thing. Employer originally provided a 8300 for my usage. Since then, I have purchased a 8310, 8120, 9000, and 9500---I've simply swapped out the SIM card and changed devices on the BIS page. When I leave, I'll hand over the 8300---and continue to use my Blackberrys. Will they work with my new account, or will ATT have to assist me on these?
