wow i'm so glad there was an outage. i know it stinks but my bb data plan was supposed to kick in today and i've been going nuts because i haven't been able to get anything from blackberry like service books. now i see why

t-mobile here in Philadelphia, PA
BIS was sluggish the entire day then stopped working all together earlier this evening. i could send emails but they were delayed over 2 hours and i never received anything. about 1 hour ago i received everything. BIS is up and working now.

i called t-mobile and they confirmed there was a "service disruption"...hahah...i love how they use a euphemism like that

"service disruption"...hahah. how about PRODUCTIVITY FAILURE

I think it was a combination of both as it appears that all carriers were impacted (I know I was on VZW) and RIM acknowledged the outage.
