jjrr - this looks very interesting! Is this a hosted ASP solution, a downloaded app to the phone, or...? Does access to Sugar go through your servers, or is it a direct TCP (SSL?) connection to my own company Sugar, or...?

Your webpages are bit light on the meat/details, can you give more clarification how this works, especially with a self-hosted corporate Open Source Sugar (not their hosting, etc.) -- it would help.

If you're not familiar with CRM, it's basically a portal-style webapp that helps your sales force (sic) maintain sales leads, contacts, business relationships, and so forth.

At it's core are the basic organization tools - you have business (accounts) with contacts whom you maintain relationships; a CRM lets you store notes, call times, business discussions, and things like that (you can use as little or as much as you need, many CRM systems offer a lot more features).

The solution consists of:
- SugarMini server, which is basically installed right where the SugarCRM server is (so it can be your own)
- SugarMini client, which has to be installed on all the BlackBerries

The connections can be either plain tcp, but also ssl.
