We have a site hosted on IIS that is password protected. When one tries to access this site via black berry browser, he gets WWW-Authenticate errors. He is never prompted for a user name or password. I read somewhere that this is related to NTLM authentication. How do i fix this? What can I do to allow this device to access this protected site? Many thanks in advance for any info you can provide.

Can u access just a web page or html page which is in your server, via BB device?
( I mean say, there is test.html in your wwwroot directory, so can you access via ur BB device?)

What is the error, it is better if u can show it.
