9360 help setting it up

cumming from the 8310,and it did all of these things i'm about to ask.
thanks in advance for any help. 1.how to read entire text in one field without having to open each individual text, ex hey doug... 2.can i reverse the text message order, last test at top of page. 3.set up so that as i dial a phone#, contacts that match or similar show up underneath. 4.how to delete all sent and missed calls in the phone call list. like i said the 8310 which i had for more than 3yrs, did all of this no problem, can the 9360 do any of these features.
