Hi,

I'm currently looking after a BES (ver 3.6 for MS Exchange 2000) with approximately 30 users.

We're in the process of moving users to a new exchange server, but unfortunately some are getting the following message when trying to synchronise using the desktop software:-

"The Messaging Server network connection is no longer available. Message Synchronisation cannot continue."

The BlackBerry is still receiving emails from the exchange via GPRS.

Any ideas?

The new server is an exact copy of the old one, and this system used to work previously.

Are you moving the users to another mail server? There is an update command that you can run from the command line that will point the BES server to the new Exchange server. I can't recall the command now. Sorry.

Tried that, still no joy.

Any other ideas?
