If you had the internal retaining clip you could pick it up for 12.00 but since you don't it's like 50 bucks. I hope that you find someone willing to part out.

From the date of the first post, I'm guessing the OP has resolved this issue.

For the record, though, you don't need the retaining clip. You can install the trackball without it.

I didn't realize that someone woke and old thread. I have played with a phone without it and the movement was so annoying. Are they sure it doesn't cause issues down the road?
