Default Plase help me to set up my TMO D-Link Router

Please Login to Remove!

Could you please help me out with an issue that is presenting itself to me. I have a Linksys WRT54GS Ver. 6 router, and an AT&T VOIP D-Link router, I am about to add a D-LINK TMO Hot Spot router. How should I connect the routers so I don't lose any bandwidth. Also I saw you set up a subnet from the quote below. How do I do that and find the proper ip address for it.?
Plus I need to make sure all my devices connect through the LINKSYS WRT54GS router and not the TMO one, has I have ports forwarded on the Linksys for XBOX and etc

[/You should reverse these -- you're losing any bandwidth shaping benefit of the T-Mo router by plugging it in behind the older router. Place your T-Mo router at the perimeter/edge and make Jr's network on the old router a subnet of it. The way you have it now, any explosions by Jr. will kill your network - isolate him out in the sub-zone and your bandwidth shaping will still work when he decides to download all his porn.

I would just return the D-Link TMo router and connect the BB directly to the Linksys.

If you must have the TMo router, make sure it's not on the same subnet as the VoIP router. To change the subnet, make a change on the third octet of the gateway. Once you are on a different subnet as the VoIP router, plug the TMo router to the Linksys (make sure the TMo router is set to DHCP) and you're all set.
