I called tmo and they said "due to a network prob in ca & nv"

I'll try again in the morning and see, as soon as I finished upgrading the OS I get wifi but no UMA, only EDGE. Before the upgrde everything worked great.

Anyone having the same issues? I get error w006.2

Odd that a network problem would affect internet only traffic over wifi. The towers aren't even needed to establish a UMA connection.

Have you tried shutting the cellular radio off and just using the wifi connection to see if it works that way? Also you may goto the blackberry homepage on your BB itself to make sure your t-mobile certificates for UMA use are still installed.

UMA stopped showing for me last night. Wi-Fi is still on and I only see EDGE. :(

When in doubt, battery pull. Especially if the network has been out where you live (CA and NV)..

Just did that! Now it's back.

Yea I woke up this morning with my blackberry unde the pillow and it said UMA :D
