I did a search but couldn't find a definitive answer. Is there a way to have the Telenav voice prompts through a Bluetooth headset or car kit? I have Telenav 5.1 and an 8800 with OS 4.2.1.79 Cingular.

I am using the AT&T os that you are and get voice directions over my bluetooth with telenav. I have noticed that it is sometimes slow on fully picking up thru the headset. What I am trying to say is that you sometimes will not hear the miles you have but will hear the direction on street you have to turn on.

Hmm, I'll have to try it again then, it wouldn't work for me this morning.

When I am on a phone call in my car the directions come over the stereo system. I haven't tried my phone with a headset yet though...

Yeah, I can't get it to come through the headset. I did figure out how to turn off the annoying Bluetooth LED though!

Hmmm - Telenav prompts come through my Bluetooth headsets (Nokia and Plantronics). As JonBost stated it seems to cut of the first second of the prompt. I'm hoping the new Telenav version will remedy that (I'm running v4.7)
