BBToday - Incorrect New Message Count

BBToday shows me I have 20 New Messages. Truth is I have none. Why might this count be incorrect? Also, using the BB Desktop Manager, I had previously renamed the "Desktop" email source to "Company" for mail delivered to me via the BES server. This works fine. However, BBToday shows 3 email sources: Company, Desktop, and Web Client. The Desktop source shows "0/0" emails, and the Company source shows "20/298".
Ideas for fixing this?
