Hi Everyone!

Just wondering if anyone knows what's going on with my BB, I've installed the free Facebook app from the BB apps store, but instead of it appearing in the download section, it seems to be stuck in 'my world' on the BB apps page....I can't move it to 'home'....there's no 'move' on the menu, so I'm kind of in limbo!!
I've tried uninstalling both the apps store and Facebook, and reinstalling, but still got the same problem....also tried restarting the phone and battery pulling.
Would really appreciate it if anyone out there has any ideas.....

You don't move anything from App World.
Once installed an icon will be placed in either Applications or Downloads folder, and this is the icon you can move.

the facebook icon isn't in downloads or applications......it must be there, up and running, because I have a facebook notification at the top of the screen, but I can't access it through the app.

Have you checked for hidden icons?
to show all
from home screen
menu key > menu key > then click show all

the icon seems like it is hidden somewhere once you have show all check look around in your different folders of you don't see it on your home folder
