I have to calendars that I would like to sync--my work calendar through Outlook, and my family/personal calendar through Google. Is it possible to have my work calendar sync to one email/CICAL and my personal to another? I would like to do this so a) my personal items don't upload to Outlook for my co-workers to see, and b) so I can have two separate colors for my calendars on my BB.

Google Sync will allow you to do this, as long as its use is permitted by your BES IT Policy. (Assuming your work email is a BES account)

It does? Where is that option? I see where I can change what gcal I want to sync with, but not what CICAL.

Maybe I misunderstood your original needs.
Google Sync will only sync with the default CICAL calendar on your device.

Set your Gmail calendar as the Default [CICAL] calendar in Advanced Options > Default Services.
Google Sync will then sync with that calendar.

Here's what I'm trying to do. I have two emails on my BB (gmail and sprint). I am syncing two calendars (work through Outlook and personal through gcal). I want one calendar to sync with gmail, one to sync with sprint. I don't care which is the "default".

I sync to my gcal using the Google Sync app. I sync to work via DM --> Outlook.

When I sync with Outlook, I do not want my personal calendar to sync--only my work calendar.

So for example:
Gmail email (blue) <--> Google Sync <--> Google Calendar
Sprint email (yellow) <--> DM <--> Outlook


Apparently then the only way to do this is by manually changing the CICAL to the appropriate calendar each time I do a sync?

I've never used DM in this type of scenario. I honestly don't know how it will behave.
I thought your work email was a BES account which you were syncing your calendar OTA.
